GROUP TRAINING


Team Sauce Athletics Group Basketball Training Lessons consist of 60 minute - 1 hour and 30-minute workouts which utilize skills learned in individual private lessons against competition in real time.
Players benefit from having other players in the group workout to play 1-on-1, 2-on-2, 3-on-3, and other competitive multi player basketball drills. This simulation of normal offensive and especially defensive reactions gives players the ultimate training needed for actual games.
