PRIVATE TRAINING
Team Sauce Athletics Private Basketball Training Lessons consist of 60 minutes 1-on-1 individual basketball workouts geared at attacking and strengthening the weaknesses of the athlete in areas such as:
Shooting
Dribbling
Footwork
Coordination
Overall Body Strength
and more....
Athletes benefit from a private individual setting where they can get maximum repetitions while being mentally free to make their mistakes alone as they build their confidence.
GROUP TRAINING
Team Sauce Athletics Group Basketball Training Lessons consist of 60 minute - 1 hour and 30-minute workouts which utilize skills learned in individual private lessons against competition in real time.
Players benefit from having other players in the group workout to play 1-on-1, 2-on-2, 3-on-3, and other competitive multi player basketball drills. This simulation of normal offensive and especially defensive reactions gives players the ultimate training needed for actual games
TEAM SAUCE TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

Team Sauce Athletics utilizes a unique basketball training formula during our lessons and workouts designed to help every athlete achieve their maximum potential.
In addition to strengthening the fundamentals such as shooting, dribbling; we also pay attention to the overall athletic development of the athlete. We train areas such as balance, coordination, and strength which are core abilities for any sport and often stagnate the athletes; especially the beginners and younger athletes.
Lastly, understanding that basketball is 90% mental and only 10% physical we also tap into the mental aspects of being an athlete such as: confidence, work ethic, mental toughness, and the "next play" mentality. Through gameplay analyzation, during training sessions, we strengthen the overall Basketball IQ of all of our athletes.
